洪晴瀠(Ching-Ying Hung)

臺灣南投人,輔仁大學音樂研究所合唱指揮碩士,現持續攻讀合唱指揮博士學位,師承蘇慶俊教授。現任財團法人拉縴人文化藝術基金會藝術總監,並擔任拉縴人男聲合唱團與拉縴人青年合唱團常任指揮,亦為臺灣合唱協會與臺灣合唱出版協會理事。2012國立臺北教育大學芳蘭菁英傑出校友、2025教育部藝術教育貢獻獎得主。
2014年受邀指揮拉縴人少年兒童合唱團參與波蘭Poznań男聲合唱音樂藝術節;2017年受邀指揮拉縴人青年合唱團參與臺北世界大學運動會,擔任開、閉幕式「FISU會歌」演出團隊。
2018年帶領團隊赴日參加「東京國際合唱比賽」與「寶塚國際室內合唱大賽」,榮獲青年組與當代音樂組雙金牌,以及早期音樂組銀牌(該組金獎從缺)與當代音樂組銅牌之佳績;同年受邀於「輕井澤國際合唱節」擔任「Singing Together」客席指揮。
2021年指揮拉縴人青年合唱團參加桃園合唱藝術節合唱大賽,榮獲銀桃獎。
2023年指揮拉縴人節慶合唱團參與第16屆總統副總統就職典禮「經典傳頌 · 延聲台灣」,並於總統府為帕運代表隊獻唱。
秉持基金會「唱歌好好・好好唱歌」之理念,持續致力於精緻合唱藝術的深化發展、偏鄉合唱教育的推動,以及台灣在地合唱出版之耕耘;持續以演出、教育與創作多元面向拓展台灣合唱文化之視野與影響力,為國內極具代表性之合唱指揮與藝術教育推動者。
About / Ching-Ying Hung
Ching-Ying Hung, a native of Nantou, Taiwan, holds a Master’s degree in Choral Conducting from Fu Jen Catholic University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree under the mentorship of Professor Ching-Chun Su. She serves as Artistic Director of the TMC Culture and Arts Foundation (TMCCAF), and is the principal conductor of the Taipei Male Choir (TMC) and the Taipei Youth Choir (TYC). She is also a board member of the Taiwan Choral Association (TCA) and the Taiwan Choral Publishing Association (TCPA). Her achievements have been recognized with the Distinguished Alumni Award from National Taipei University of Education and the Ministry of Education Arts Education Contribution Award.
Since 2014, she has led her team to participate in international music festivals and competitions and achieved excellent results. In addition to being invited to serve as a guest conductor at international choral festivals, she also conducted the TMC Festival Choir in the 16th Presidential and Vice Presidential Inauguration Ceremony and sang for the Paralympic Games team at the Presidential Palace.
Upholding the foundation’s philosophy, she is dedicated to advancing refined choral artistry, promoting music education in rural areas, and developing local choral publications. Through performance, education, and creative work, she continues to broaden the reach and impact of Taiwan’s choral culture.
